Here are a couple more shortcuts using Ctrl that you might find useful:
– Ctrl A (twice)
– Ctrl Up, Down, Left, Right
Ctrl A (twice):
Ctrl + A is always thought to select “all”. However, if you are in a table, it will only select all of that table:
However, hit Ctrl + A a second time and the entire worksheet will be highlighted:
Ctrl Up, Down, Left, Right:
To help navigate in especially large tables, use Ctrl plus the up, down, left or right cursor movement keys. Each will take you to the farthest point in that row or column that has data. It will stop if it finds a blank. But it’s much easier than scrolling or paging several times.
