A Softer Gentler Return In #Excel

Sometimes you need to enter multiple lines of data into one cell without wrapped text. Here’s how you can do it in Excel.

When you want to enter multiple lines of data into a single cell without using wrap text, instead of hitting the “Enter” key, hold down the Alt key when you hit Enter. After you have typed in the final row of data, hit the Enter key.
