Four Ways To Convert Formulas to Values In #Excel

Here are four different ways to convert formulas to their values in Excel:

Watch the video and you will see these four different ways that you can convert formulas to their values:

1) Copy data => Right-click => Under Paste Options select Values

2) Copy data => hold down the Menu key on your keyboard and hit V

3) Copy data => put your cursor on the edge of the data range, right-click and drag the data off the original location and back on => a menu will pop up => click on “Copy here as values only”

The following will only work with a single cell:

4) Click on the cell => in sequence hit the F2 F9 and Enter keys

    I use:

    for each myRange in application,selection.cells
    if myRange.hasformila then
    myRange.Formula = myRange.Value
    end if
    next myRange

    And linked it to a keyboard shortcut.
